Tangy Creamy Chicken Pasta

2 cups cooked chicken cubed
1 cup sour cream
1 cam cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
2 cups cooked noodles
Parmesan cheese

Mix sour cream, soup, milk and 1/2 cup cheese. Stir in chicken and noodles.Place in greased baking dish.Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
