45-48 Saltine Crackers (enough to layer cookie sheet)
2C Butter
2C Brown Sugar
2 bags of Chocolate Chips (11.5 ounce package)
Line a large cookie sheet with foil. Spray foil with cooking spray. Place an even layer of crackers on the foil. Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees.
Melt butter and brown sugar in a sauce pan over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Let boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent scorching. Pour over crackers and spread with spoon. Bake in oven for 5 minutes, but watch carefully to prevent burning. Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips. Place back in over for 2 to 3 minutes to soften chocolate chips. Spread chocolate with spoon and refrigerate. Cut and serve.
